Drink of the Month

This month, our featured drink from the Overflowing Cup is a Caramel Cider! This sweet and warm drink makes the perfect pair with a cold, autumn day. With only three ingredients, this drink is super easy to make at home!

What you will need:

  • 10oz apple juice
  • 2 pumps caramel syrup
  • Cinnamon powder
  • 12oz mug
  • 12 oz pitcher
  • Steaming wand

What you will do:

  1. Add two pumps of caramel syrup into mug. Set aside.
  2. Pour 10oz of apple juice into pitcher.
  3. Steam apple juice, holding the side of the pitcher until desired temperature is reached (around 30 seconds).
  4. Pour a small amount of frothy cider into mug. Stir cider and caramel syrup together until mixed thoroughly.
  5. Pour in the remaining cider.
  6. Top with powdered cinnamon.
  7. Enjoy!
