This month, our featured drink from the Overflowing Cup is a Caramel Cider! This sweet and warm drink makes the perfect pair with a cold, autumn day. With only three ingredients, this drink is super easy to make at home!
What you will need:
- 10oz apple juice
- 2 pumps caramel syrup
- Cinnamon powder
- 12oz mug
- 12 oz pitcher
- Steaming wand
What you will do:
- Add two pumps of caramel syrup into mug. Set aside.
- Pour 10oz of apple juice into pitcher.
- Steam apple juice, holding the side of the pitcher until desired temperature is reached (around 30 seconds).
- Pour a small amount of frothy cider into mug. Stir cider and caramel syrup together until mixed thoroughly.
- Pour in the remaining cider.
- Top with powdered cinnamon.
- Enjoy!
